Does anyone know the number to a boss of Disney Online

There was something that was very bad that happened to many Toons on Disney's Toon Town online

i have been talking to alot of people at billing and a recording and on live chat and they have done nothing

they told us there was no other numbers for Disney, but the problem was that disney knew there was a problem going on and told everyone not to answer their phones and if you do forward it all to billing

i would like the phone number to Disney other then

and
888-332-1626

those 2 numbers wouldnt help me and over 100 people, so i would like a better number or else i will have to go to multiple news stations

Did someone hack the game, and make all the characters obscene or something like that?

no, on friday night over 100 accounts were put on administrative hold (not being able to log in, or kicked out of the game for 3 days) for 3 days

we were not able to do anything but complain, we were accused of using Macros in the game

we never used any, and here is a link to a site where there are over 700 posts about what happened

it is a Megathread- about 5 or 6 different threads in 1, and we all e-mailed Di$ney and we got canned responces,

the people on the phone said it was a glitch (we know it was a glitch too) and was very apologetic

Live Support did nothing but say we violated the TOS

but Toon Town Online has 2 different TOS, one for credit card users and one for people who buy the game cd and game passes,

Macros were never mentioned in the TOS for credit card users

i would like a number to call some one higher up to see if we can get 3 days added to our game time, skill points for the points we missed out on because we were accused of cheating, and most importnat an apology for them being so rude,

I am still reading but I can tell you what I heard at the ToonTown fair thing that I posted a while ago. Someone asked about "doodle trainers" and the 2 men from ToonTown site said that they were cracking down on people who use those and that they are not allowed since they are not fair and are a program. They are also going to crack down on people who use programs for other things like racing. People will be winning and suddenly they lose to a toon who runs the course in seconds.

I have a phone number for VMK but not ToonTown.

alot of do think that racing programs are cheating but doodle programs are not really chating, your trianing a pet that will help you and your friends, that when you are in a battle and are down alot of health and out of toonup gags then you can call on him and if he does the trick then you will get laff back, and with a doodle trainer it can save your life, cause a untrained doodle in one of his tricks does 12 health points, but a maxxed one does 22


and it seemed too perfect timeing, hundreds of innocent toons who had big things planned this weekend and disney blocks us all right before leaving for the weekend

but alot of toons who did "cheat" were not blocked and people who didnt cheat were blocked

i already went and did yellow pages and went to disney's corperate site so i can get some phone numbers, but i accidently got their home numbers, and that really dosent do much to help my friends who were banned

As a sweepstaker and gamer let me tell you this much. ANY use of a macro program or scripting tool is not allowed even if the use of said item is for helping other players. Sometimes in VMK and other games I have seen them make mistakes. VMK and ToonTown do not have any real costumer relations department. ToonTown still owes me for the jackpot I won fishing.

i would be on 7 bean combos soon (today if i didnt mess up and forget a day and if i wasnt placed on admin hold for no reason


if i continue to get no help and bad customer support then i might post bad reviews and maybe aleart the news stations, they will love something like that from a big company like Di$ney

and i will not be like others and cancel my membership, i will continue to play but i will be partally mad at disney
