Anyone have any good stories?

Oh yeah...

First year of Fantasmic - dude who had qualified to go to Tokyo DLD for six months (think of partying, making big bucks, and paying for nothing) got talked into helping a costumer steal an Ariel wig from the park. Both busted, both fired.

Second year of Fantasmic - dude who thought he was God's gift to women, jumped on the back of a girl so she could give him a piggy-back ride (talk about a guy with no respect!). His horseplay broke her leg and got him fired.

My time in stores - one guy, a new hire, walking around the park as a guest, found a receipt for a shirt that had dropped out of someone's bag. He suddenly got greedy, went to the store, picked the same shirt off a rack and tried to 'return it' even tho he had no back and the hanger was still in the shirt. Bye-bye stupid!

This is exactly the reason I pick up all sales receipts found & tear them in 1/2 before throwing away. Wish Stores would pound this in new hire's memory. :(

You weren't around when they arrested that 'guest' who had the old ink-jet receipts and had scanned and printed copies of them on his home PC and brought them in and used them with shoplifted items to steal money from the park were you? (Pardon that run on sentence!) In the days before the thermal receipts, we had pretty blue injet receipts (ended in 2001 or so), and this guy bought something legitimately, took it home, scanned the receipt and printed copies on his printer (which, being on the wrong kind of paper, should have made people suspicious), and then came back in to the park on many occasions to take the same item and 'return it' using one of his homemade reciepts. I heard that someone knowledgeable (he used to prey on newbies, which is probably much easier now that everyone wears a nametag with their hire year on it!) caught him an contacted security. Security surrounded him and were 'guiding' him offstage when he pushed thru them and ran, somehow making it out of the park. They did find his bag with tons more fake receipts, not only for Disneyland but other chain stores like Macy's. I'd sure love to have been a cast member he tried that on!

Was a CM in 2001 & heard abt this but was not in Stores. Simply amazes me the ways thieves contrive to steal. :mad: The other day I went to pick up an important legal document. Very late, forgot my ID in my car. Was given the doc. because the intern said]

No, doesn't seem to be. How many receipts have you seen on floor at Greetings? Too many! They are all over in Emporium. Yes, you were told to tear them because you had solid trainers. Anyway, you don't count here. :) You're too intelligent, listen, work better than most, & "get it." ]

I know I've got a ton, just can't think of them. I do know of a Cast Member, though, who got fired for one of the most horrific things I've ever heard. While operating the wheel chair line, she had a Make a Wish kid. In her horrible Mansion voice that we all adopt, she says "Make a Wish, huh? Too bad it'll be your LAST wish!"



Which, of course is the point. . .

I like to share my story:

I got fired by another CM making false accusations about me to management!! The thing is: SHE LIES!!! The same drama surrounds her and that's why she transferred from DCA to DL because of it!! Word has it, she got sever male CMs fired for the same thing that I did!! That is totally messed up!! :mad: It ticks me off that she didn't get fired for it!! I also heard she has to be in the center of attention, or else she will cause trobule.

Time for you to get a lawyer especially if she has a history.

One of the pin traders was a girl who hung around with know thieves. There are some rotten CM but very few and only met a couple in my life.
