When I was teaching I would always start class on time. To do otherwise reinforces negative behavior. Whenever someone pointed out that there were missing students I'd reply, "All the important people are here."

The thing is, when I did the CP, we were told never to tell anyone how many guests were in the park at a given time due to safety issues.

Ugh, I hated when people stupidly asked me on obvious busy days (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) that question. My reply should have been two-TOO MANY!

I usually end up telling guests "think somewhere between a baseball stadium and football stadium" as to the capacity of Disneyland. Usually this vague answer has them going away even more confused than they were before they asked me.
