Because apparently they can't see the fact that they have a staffing problem. Let me put it this way, people. If you're holding a Job Fair in the middle of September, you might just be dealing with being understaffed. When you have CRs working six day weeks twice in a row during the off season, there's definitely something wrong.
People, I am not going to argue about the six month wait between applications if you don't get an offer. If there's nothing I can do about circumventing that, then I'll wait the six months. But please, don't lie to me and insult my intelligence by denying that there's a staffing problem.

Got caught in Job Fair hell yesterday. Had to run quickly to Partner's. Chose TDA Partner's without thinking. Waaay wrong idea.
What a freakin mess! No place to park, no place to walk, faded denim spineless bodies sprawled on grass, & in every corner using cells as if they were lounging on an island. Over heard many who couldn't spell helping others who couldn't write with ink. If these are our crop of new hires @ DLR, swear to God, I'd rather be understaffed. Was more than scary. :mad:
