That sound like Pocahontas
To be more specific, spoken by Governor Ratcliffe (voiced by David Ogden Stiers, who has spent many of his post-MASH days doing a lot of voices for Disney!), in the Pocahontas section of the Disney-MGM version of Fantasmic.

How 'bout these, now:

44. Everyone is a dreamer, full of magic and wonder inside.

45. Well, I'll be! Oh ho ho! It's the Blue Fairy!

It's said by Michael Bay during one of the videos in the Special Effects Water Tank portion of the Backlot Tour.

17 is indeed the 3-headed troll from Epcot's Maelstrom

45 is Jiminy Cricket from WDW's Wishes

43. Must be the DLP version. . .that's no where at WDWs Coaster.

Unless something changed within the last two months since I left. Considering the only things that changed is the management team going to hell and cast moral being extremely low.

Look, I never cross the P.C. Line. . .But compared to the cast at Coaster now, the people in New Orleans are loving every moment of their day and singing Zip-A-Dee-Do-Da every moment of their day as well!

And you know what, let people from Coaster come after me, God damn it, if you defend that place, I will hunt you down, and kill you with one of my Signs!

Since I forgot what number we're on. . .
-Kids, Stay in School. . .

-Whoa, all most dropped it (If anyone gets this, you win the damn game).

Isnt this a quote from the Steam Train when you go past a deserted settler's camp near Frontierland?
