Lights, Motors, Action Rip-off

Post by kurtisnelson » Sat Aug 19, 2006 9:11 pm

I was at MGM today, and we were at the stunt show. The guy talked about how he would fall off the roof onto the pad. When the time came, instead of jumping he just fell backwards. Also, the whole ending scene was skipped, with them acting like it never would have existed? What happened?

Its a safety issue. The stunt may be planned but they'll know way in advanced if something won't be done. With the jump, could have been the wind or something was not in place at the landing pad.

With the finale, it happens alot. The doors may not open, the ramp may not come up into position.

It happens. With this show even more so because of the speed and moves they do. If something is not 100%, they won't do it. 99.9% doesn't cut it. It has to be 100% percent ready.

They never even setup for the finale. After they had the flaming person they just ended the thing.
