some things that guests have actually said while buying tickets:

1) I am a Florida resident, why do I need an ID to get my discount? You are treating me like a criminal for not having it!

2) CM: Would you like to add Park Hopper to your tickets to go see fireworks at the other parks tonight. AK closes at 7 tonight.
Guest: No, that is no good. It will be dark then and we won't be able to see anything anyway.

3) (at about 11:15 am) CM: Would you like to add Park Hopper to your tickets to go to another park to see fireworks tonight? AK closes at 7:00, Disney MGM Studios at 10:00, EPCOT at 10:00 and Magic Kingdom at 11:00.
Guest: No that wouldn't work. They are all closed already.

4) Guest: Can I get a AAA discount?
CM: You have to go the local AAA Office. I can only give you a Florida resident discount here at the window.
Guest: How about Military or Senior Citizen or Fireman or Policeman discounts?
CM: Are you a Florida resident?
Guest: Well, no ....

5) Guest says they want tickets for 3 days. CM explains about the 3 Day Play pass - guest asks "What do I do about the 4th day?" CM says "Are you visiting for 4 days? Guest: "No, only 3" (Cast member bashes head on wall)

6) CM: Are you a Florida resident. Guest: "Yes, from Miami" CM: If you show me a Florida ID, I can save you money on the tickets. Guest: No, we are leaving tomorrow.

7) CM: Where are you visiting from? Guest: Mexico/Argentina. CM sell tickets, gets an unsigned credit card and asks for a photo ID. Guests produces an ID from Florida.

8) CM: Where are you visiting from? Guest: The UK/France/Argentina (you get the idea). CM: How many days are you visiting Disney theme parks and have you been to any other parks on this visit? Guest: No, just today at Animal Kingdom. CM: You came all that way for just one day? WOW. Guest: Are the prices the same for all the parks? CM: Yes. Guest: How come it was different yesterday at Disney World (aka Magic Kingdom)?
