I once knew a CM who called custodial to deal with a "protein spill"... when they arrived, they were rather put out to discover the "Protein Spill" was nothing more than popcorn. His reaction: "Well, popcorn is a protein, right?"
Sigh.... Here's your sign.

Good job on the sign. I would have been so angry if I were that custodial cast member. Sigh*

So people named Moran have no brains?

I'll bet Erin is 'pissed'.

Amen, brother!
When training, I always advised the newbies to get to know the area custodial cast, and to be very nice to them. "When it's raining shit, these are the folks with the umbrellas!"
Was at ToT when walking past the ride pic view area I saw a huge popcorn spill. This is a safety hazard & poor show. Told my lead I'd be right back as I needed to clean up a dry spill. The lead looked at me in shock, laughed & said: "Why would you want to clean that mess up? I'll call Custodial. Cleaning up is their job."
Sounds like somebody needs to be run thru Traditions again, especially that part about the phrase "not my job" being unutterable in Disneyspeak.
I was so pissed at this "Holier than thou attitude." Sneaked over & cleaned the spill cuz it was very hot & Custodial had far more pressing problems than a dry spill at ToT.
Hint: It ain't you.
Good move.

For those who were wondering where the "Morans" pic came from: it's a photo of a right-wing counterprotester at an anti-war rally. His other sign (cropped out of the photo) read simply "GO USA".

Somebody needs to learn how to spell. It's MORONS. That looks like a HYS; calling someone a moron and they can't spell it themselves. Man, don't they teach anything in schools anymore?

I thank them all the time, every chance I get. They even help us at during the fireworks show in front of the castle walkway. They are indeed Disney's Finest, with them, Disneyland would be nothing!

Rats, I thought the picture was a neighborhood war between the Moran family and the Smiths.
"Hot Skills" is not as bad as at a site that I read about cast members who had to say "Hot Behind" every time they walked behind another CM while carrying something hot like food or pans.
