Stupid Freaking Cheerleaders!!!!!

Along the same vein as the cheerleaders, what's with all the Brazillian kids and their chants and cheers? I wanted to push several groups of them down the steps at Fantasmic! last week.

Over the years, we have been... erm... lucky enough to visit the World during the cheerleading AND at peak Brazilian tourist time.

I asked my husband which was worse, and we truly could not come up with an answer. We were staying at All Stars with the Cheerleaders (wish we had known!) and were kept up at night/gotten up early every day. The buses were packed with screaming teens and the parks were not very busy with them, which was a trade off.

The Brazilians were the opposite. All the parks crawling with them, hands on us, people in our personal space, the cheering and the screaming in your ears, the pushing in lines, etc. BUT, the trips to and from the hotel was fine (I think we were at POFQ this time) and our hotel stay was fantastic.

So, I think neither one can be labled worse... Now that we have experienced them, we will NOT be experiencing them again, if we can help it.

Speaking of peak cheerleader and brazilian group season....when is it?? I've never been during either and would like to avoid it if at all possible.

Well, that sucks that the Pop Warner week usually happens on my birthday. My husband won't stay in the value resort anyway... :D:

Speaking of peak cheerleader and brazilian group season....when is it?? I've never been during either and would like to avoid it if at all possible.

Cheerleaders seem to be Feb and March and the Brazilians...All summer long. :) at least it feels that way.

Never had a problem with cheerleaders but did run into them Brazilians. Worst for me as a guest at WDW was that Christian Joy event. SCREAM!!!!

I am in a white brand new rental car with New York plates and could not get out of the parking lot. Finally as I am slowly driving and threading through the throng I get a Bambi bouncing right in front of the car. I yell to her to watch what she was doing and called her a Bambi. I mean if you dart around like a dumb deer then you deserve the name.

Next thing I know someone pounded a dent in the side of the rental car. It was not fun to be a guest that week because they closed parks early and you had to battle in the parking lot to get out. Like the cheerleaders them people thought they owned the park. I am a christian so I am appalled at the way they acted.

Please tell us before hand so we know not to come.

For those fed up with Brazilian kids, I weigh nearly 300 pounds and was in an ECV which I gunned it, yeah right lol, and headed right through them. They never dared mess with me because I am disabled and that means that like oops I did not mean to loose control of the ECV and hit you. I knew about them clear back in 1998 and was ready for them.

Hands down, I say the Brazillians are worse. The cheerleaders travel around in groups of 20 or so, tops. Brazillian Tour Groups can flock together in groups of over 50, and they have a habit of putting two or three in line for an attraction/character, and have the other 48 come to join the group right before they get on the ride. They're both equally as loud, but I've never seen a Cheerleader group do a full-fledged impromptu marching band down Hollywood Boulevard like one Brazillian tour group did. At least for now, it seems to be dying down, so we should be at peace until the holidays.

Yeah, those Brazillians.... Ugh. I'll never forget when they shut down Spaceship Earth. Tripped the intrusion system cause they decided to pose with the audio animatronics. Oh! What a story it is!! ... I'm glad we kicked that particular group out. That's probably why the others haven't done much harm in the attractions (that i've heard).
