now if the price is right in front of their face, then they are fair game.
Am in stores - both parks & can honestly say most everything is marked or tagged. Once in awhile tags are torn off but other like merch is marked, thus asking the price equates to the usual...Enter gates & all reading skills vanish. Fair game. Trust me!

When the suits in TDA and our managers want to keep the Star Trader open during construction...even though it's tackier than hell, not to mention it might be a health risk. But it's all about the money.

i absolutely hate it when guests think they're funny and original with their "jokes". especially at mansion at load 1 and a guest goes "how many miles do you walk a day?" and then they laugh as though it was the funniest thing ever! it's not like i hear that one every effin time im at load 1!!! it also pisses me off when guests think they are funny and do the moon walk and "surf" on the load AND unload belts. just get in or out of the buggie please and get out of my face. :chainsaw:

Same thing happens at Buzz!!!! They think they are so funn with their little comments about us walking on the belts. What ticks me off is at unload, the kids jump out ON THE LEFT side of the cruiser when there is an automated spiel that says "Exit your Space Cruiser TO THE RIGHT!!!!" When they do that, we get an Intrusion!!

I get peeved when you get the Guest Comic of the day at Height Check (at any attraction with a height) they think they are the funniest person on Earth ducking below the sign/stick and asking you "Am I tall enough...ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha" Then get mad when you dont respond because you just got fininshed getting your ass chewed off my a parent whose child couldn't ride and the kid is still there in tears. My usual response is 1. To the other CM standing next to me "Oh, that is soooo fresh...I haven't ever seen anyone ever do that before. I think I'll step away for a moment to have a good laugh" or 2. "Sir/Mam perhaps you think its funny, but the poor kid crying right there isn't tall enough and may think you are making fun of them" or 3. I do my best cricket impression "Chiiiiirpa Chiiiiiirpa" (aka: No one laughing but you.)

How about....

"Why don't you ask that kid over there if he/she thought you were funny."

"Hardy Har Har...Har Har" (older guests will get that one)

Or really get them....in your best serious authoritative voice: "Sorry, you are NOT tall enough, and you will not be able to ride. I'm sure there are other things that you will be able to ride, like Aladdin, TTA, the Railroad, any anything at Toontown. Have a magical day!"

Hi all!! New poster here, and I can't help but notice the similarities between the stupid customers I used to get at the bank and the ones you guys get at the parks.

I've heard many of the lines you guys have before (excluding those pertaining to rides and drinks, but I have heard, "well, you USED to do this," and "why is the line so long?" Because it's payday you a-hole, which means everybody and their mother is in here trying to cash their checks, and the bank refuses to provide enough money to hire more tellers).

Anyway, I make it a point not to be a pain in the behind when I visit Disneyland. But is it really annoying to the CMs when I ask (nicely, and wait patiently) for the front row? If so, I'll stop.

Oh, and I think that everyone should work in a job dealing with customer service at least once in their lives. Maybe that will teach them to stop being mean to their fellow human beings.

I agree. I do things a lot different now that I have the customer service experience from Disneyland.

As long as you do it before you're already at a different row, then I see no problem with it. There are moments when it's a bit annoying, like when I'm in a grouping groove, but there's no way for you to know when that is. My only request is that you ask right away. When you're asked how many are in your group say something like, 2 and can we have the front? My only complaint with people asking for a specific row is when I've assigned them a row, they go to that row and then come back and ask for the front.

Not a problem; I always ask before being sent to a row anyway. Thanks!
