The "new" ride at DCA

Post by LittleDollClaudia » Fri Feb 17, 2006 3:57 am

Haven't seen this posted yet..or maybe I'm just blind as a bat. Either way, what's everyone's opinion on the Monsters Inc. ride at DCA? I find it to be a vast improvement from Superstar Limo. It is rather cute. Hey!! I have a soft side too.

I think it's cute, for small, young children, it's definitely not like an E - ticket. I went on it during the Cast Sneak Peeks.

Attractions:
Rocket Scientist at "HISTA"/ Astro Orbitor,
Space Ranger at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters

Fantasmic!
The POD
RDCT Fireworks

For a Dark ride I was impressed. (Come on I work the cardboard cut out excuse for a dark ride Pooh). I think its great for the kids and give people one more thing to do in Hollywood. The best part was riding it with my brother and Roz was hitting on him.

Roz accused my fiance of hitting on her. :)

Oh yeah that was kind of cool. My fiancee was hit on that day. He was wearing his top hat (if you knew us, you would know why, trust me) and Roz said "Hey you, guy in the third row. I like you, you're the Dickens!" That made it really special for us.

Out of curosity, what exactly does the Monsters Inc. ride consist of?? They are shutting down Timekeeper here at WDW and supposedly Monsters (or the Incredibles) is coming in. So I was just wondering what happens and all that jazz.
