I Hate Passholes!

Some passholes are the stupidest people in the world!!!! It's 10 minutes to closing time and this passhole goes and buys a large item. The passhole asks us if they can put handles in the box and we tell them that if they do that, we are not liable if anything happens. So they proceed to ask us to borrow our tape and box cutter. Security comes waiting for us to be clear and we are counting out registers while they are continuing to fix their box totally oblivious to us. After wasting a whole roll of our packing tape, they ask for another roll of packing tape and use a lot more! After they are done, they finally leave. They ended up leaving 20 minutes AFTER we are closed.

Typical idiots. Of course the Passhole always think they know more than the person who actually works there.

I HATE when guests do that! Whenever I worked in Tinerbell's Treasures, and we needed to close for the fireworks (Tink's closes an hour before the fireworks because of testing) there would always be a whole group of people that need to scan the whole store, no idea of what they want to buy, so we always end up closing later then the techs want us too. Once we even had a whole group of girls and chaperons (moms?) that took at least a half hour and they KNEW we needed to close. I'm working the door and I tell the Fantasyland PAC (well in this case FAC- Fireworks Audience Control) person that I'm sorry we're taking so long. Well, when they FINALLY left, you could tell that the techs were not happy- at ALL. :mad:

It would be funny if you could just close the doors with them inside. That way they would miss the fireworks. "Oh well. We told you we had to close before the fireworks started." :twisted:

Oh I wish we could have done that. But unfortunately we had to work on the store when it was closed for the fireworks. Plus, that wouldn't be very Disney-like, don't you think. :D:

On the other hand, if it had gone on too long, the techs would have had to close you up, and trap them in the store. Or would they have just delayed pyro?

They probably would have had to delay. Then they REALLY would not have been happy.
