Magic Mountian's is tall, and doesnt take you up, it has been broken and removed for 15 years or so... there are stairs! but i dont think they would want you on them.. :D: I use to stad under the tower at night and spin around, the lights from the top to the ground make you dizzy when you look at them, good times!

Rumor has it that the Sky Tower (SFMM) will be reopening when Tatsu is finished. I know the construction management have been using the elevator to get photos of the overall progress of Tatsu.

Well, my friend, an avid Magic Mountie, says the time it takes to replace the cabin and get it up and running again, it is unlikly, because the company that made it, went out of buisness. So, i dont know! time will tell..

Just wanted to clarify, the company that built it is indeed still in operation. It was built by Intamin AG. As you may or may not know, Intamin is definitely still around in the coaster industry.

Oh yeah...and for the original poster....it's 384 feet tall....
