Any stories/info about the Christmas tree fire at 3 am? I'm sure the guests were thrilled.

They did a test of the GCH fire alarm system back in October. Guess it was a good thing they did. I agree with the guests who said it was loud enough to jolt you out of bed; I sure would hope to be jolted out of bed if the building I was in was on fire. Fortunately it happened at 3am when few guests would have been in the lobby. There are some rooms on floors 2-6 that open to the lobby, so I'm sure some guests saw the fire when evacuating their rooms.
