My favorite guest situation while working astro was when I was working astro bottom. For thoes of you not familiar with the position, it is the responsibility of astro bottom to group the guests and send them up the elevator. Anyhoo, a lady and her two sons approached me, and she started freaking out that there was only one seatbelt. I explained to her that the seatbelt goes around the front passenger, and is intended to be shared. She proceeded to tell me disney was unsafe and that she shouldn't have let her children go up there alone!
I told her that if she had a complaint to go to guest services, and they can help her there. (Sorry guest services, I send the stupid people to you)
