Nope. Not since Brazilian Airlines stopped direct flights to Orlando a year or two ago.

Seems they can't find their way up here from Miami, to which I can only say :snoopy2:

Brazillians, over all, are a bunch of weenies and whiners. I took some friends to a luau one night. A group of Brazilian Volkswagen dealers were also attending. It started to sprinkle a little half way through the show and all the VW dealers ran like they were going to melt.

I showed everyone at our table how to make hats out of the napkins by tying the corners into knots to fend off the rain. We all had a great time. :D:

So everything I've read about the Brazilian tour groups is true. Wow, I can't imagine having to put up with that. Like I said, we always go in the fall, when NOTHING is going on at the parks, usually sometime in mid September. I was never sure when the tour groups would come, but I was always worried about them being there at the same time we are. Guess that's one less thing to worry about! :D:

And you can't forget the people who have spent the whole day with their family and when asked how many in their party can only reply with "All of us". Now I know that I'm not great with math but has anyone decided how many people make up an "all of us". Or when asked how many(after being in line for 2 hours) turn around and say "Uh guys, how many are we. One, two,......"

My favorite is when I'm grouping, and I ask a group "How many?" to which they respond "Yes". When did "How Many?" become a yes or no question?

Personally, I actually enjoy grouping. Yes, it can be a bit stressful at times, but, if you're at a busy attraction, time can go by very quickly, and you can get in a groove which can make the work seem easier.

Nothing is more intresting than grouping at star tours... It is a constant pain in the neck to try and get people to move up in their rows so that we can make a passageway to other rows because there is hardly any space and no railing separating rows. I'm always shouting "MOVE ALL THE WAY UP IN YOUR ROW!" I try and get people to have their kids stand side by side to save some space but its always as if they have no idea what side by side means. We try and avoid this by filling up rows from far to near (1 to 5) but when you get a party of 8 or 9 who wants the front row at cabin 3 or 4 or back row at cabins 1 or 2 they block everything. Or also its frustrating when a party of 7 wants front row it cuts into our already low capacity because now we have a single seaat and we don't get enough singles. THEN we have the entire issue with half the cabins having door 1 be back row and door 5 be front row. Also i am constantly being asked "how many seats in this row" because usually they can't believe row E seats 9. Also the rows have various seating configuarations we have A, B and D with 8 seats, C with 7 ( I have no idea why they couldn't put an 8th seat in) and row E with 9 seats. Also whenever i need to lead a guest to door 1 behind 2 full rows it seems like the rest of the guests begin to group themselves. Also it stinks when cabin 2 or 3 is Not available (usually because of refurb or maintanance) and when we drop to two cabins and no turnstyle it is hell on earth to group 1 or 4 from 30 feet away. Then of course we have the problem of sending too many guests in despite having no clue how it happened cause you swore you counted correctly.

That reminds me of when you are asking for a party of 2 and several people will hold up their hands and yell "3!"

Guest: What time does the park close?
Me: 5 minutes ago.
Guest: Are there any rides still open?
Me: No, the park's closed.
Guest: So, there's no rides still open?

I'm so glad I'm just seasonal!!!

It's hard to really get in that groove, though, because just when you think you have, somebody does something to throw a wrench in the gears.

*Giving credit to a friend at Coaster for this*

Me: How many?

G: Four.

Me: Alright rows seven an

G: Wait, I mean five.

Me: Five. Four. Nine. *Placing my hands on my hips and looking at the person square in the eyes* How many do you guys have?

G: Five.

Me: Your sure?

G: Yes.

Me: Where are you guys from?

G: *Insert state here*

Me: Oh, ok, that explains it.
----
At front grouper:

Me: How many?

Guest: Five but we want the front.

Me: 1, 2, and 3 but your not riding together

*Note: This is with the alley way completely packed because Launch Base doesn't know how to drop show sizes*

*Few minutes later*

G: Um. We need people up here.

Me: I told you guys that you wouldn't be riding together.

G: But.

Me: Relax dude, I'll get someone up there. Any single riders or someone that desperatly wants to get away from their party for five minutes? Anyone? No? Ok. Uh, dude, just hang out and you'll be even in a second.
----
Its just sometimes, people dont realize....ok so its all the time, people dont realize that "Not riding together" really means, "Not riding together"

Moral of the story: In a situation like this, get a laugh from everyone around the group because of their stupidity.
----
Brazilians in General can only say:
-Together
-24, front row
-front row
-Friends
And my personal favorite
