Politics, Politics, Politics

Post by PirateJohn » Mon Aug 01, 2005 12:15 am

You know, I have come to a sad realization lately -- I used to think that it was only other attractions that were very cliquey and had a lot of backstabbing going on. But now I sadly realize that my own attraction has become so rife with politics and backstabbing that it gets awfully hard to work there sometimes. I try my best to stay out of it all, but you can only take so much bickering.

politics are everywhere... at least with disney, we get into the parks for free.

Yeah, and at Disney at least they smile when they stab you in the back while trying to climb the corporate ladder!

Those who go up the corporate ladder follow the policy of "you scratch my back, I'll stab yours." (btw that's not my own quote, I'm not that poetic)

I thought I wouldn't find it so bad out in hotels but the drama and politics is pretty bad there too.

Welcome to the real world. It doesn't matter what company you work for or what department you're in, politics, weasels and rat bastards who will do anything to get ahead are the norm not the exception.
