And, if the Night Marchers don't get you the Menehune will. The only thing that will save Disneyland from them is if the Tiki Room was blessed by a kahuna.

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Lol. Sorry about that Main Streeter, didn't mean to freak anyone out. Hey, honestly, I didn't even know about him, I had to be informed.Main Streeter wrote:Oh great!!! Thanks a lot LostMalfoy! Just what I need to think about as I walk from the Pier to Greetings after closing, in the dark eerie quiet. Now I'll be looking over my shoulder for a Samoan dude. I swear the walk from Greetings to Hollywood Gate is haunted. Just somethin' abt that area. I'm positive the Pier area has a few ghosts. Positive!
Re: Ghosts
If Kellee XXXXX is still there (she's been a manager forever), you can ask her about it, Malfoy. I still remember when she was an intern on Main Street and she told me about the incident the morning after it happened some time around '85 or '86.LostMalfoy wrote:Lol. BTW - did you get the Lost Malfoy from Harry Potter? Interesting choice of Dracula for your avatar combined with that name ;)

Re: Ghosts
There is a Kellee in our complex, but she's not a manager, and I don't think her last name is XXXXX. She was meant to be my trainer, but she doesn't look old enough to have been working for DL in the late 80's.
Re: Ghosts
neh, this Kellee hired in back in '85. She'd be 45 this year - so she's not exactly ancient...she's blonde, maybe 5'6", 5'7"... When she went into management, she started on Main Street, then she was on the West side forever, and I'd heard she went over to DCA while it was still a construction site - I don't exactly keep up with everyone...who knows, she may have gone to the studio by this point.

Re: Ghosts
Was BOH Stock @ Emporium when a few CMs were talking abt a ghost who has been seen in stock room for yrs. Goes through a door which not many say is ever used. Door can't be opened, too much junk in the way
. Can't remember the description but the spirit is said to be male. Wish he'd size, fold, hang, & ink tag while haunting. ;)

Re: Ghosts
Would this door be located on the second floor, if you make a right at the top of the staircase and go all the way down it's on the end on the right side? Or is it on the left side near the freight elevator? If it's the first one I mentioned, I think I've heard that story.Main Streeter wrote:Goes through a door which not many say is ever used. Re: Ghosts
Yes, 2nd floor right after freight elevator then to the left. Plz tell me abt the ghost as you enter & turn right @ top of staircase in Emporium stock. He/she was not mentioned.SRT_GB wrote:Would this door be located on the second floor, if you make a right at the top of the staircase and go all the way down it's on the end on the right side? Re: Ghosts
That male ghost could be Walt. It's close enough to his apartment in the Fire House. I knew security guards who refused to go in the apartment alone at night, and there's supposed to be a cold spot in there. Maybe he's just checkin' up on y'all - make sure you're taking care of his stores ;)

Re: Ghosts
I haven't heard much other than a ghost lived in that room in the back corner, on the same wall as the manager's office but at the very end of the aisle. I'm not sure what's kept in there, but when I used to work in the Emporium (4-5 years ago) it always seemed creepy. I haven't been on that second floor since they put in the security door up there at the top of the stairs, so I don't know what's kept in or around that room anymore.Main Streeter wrote:Yes, 2nd floor right after freight elevator then to the left. The Star Trader ghost was the one that always gave me the creeps. I mentioned it on page 2 of this thread.
