I was a ride operator and a show technician (followspot, lightboard op) at Paramount's Great America (Santa Clara, CA).
Can I join your group or are you looking for just Disney folks?

How did you like working for PGA, if you don't mind my asking? I'm just curious how they compare to Disney :)

I started in 88 when the park was owned by the City of Santa Clara and operated by Kings Entertainment (KECO) and stayed thru KECO buying it and then selling the chain to Paramount. I was there through the 1997 season.

Paramount seems to want to be Disney but they either don't do enough research or they aren't willing to really put enough money into it to support it. I really enjoyed my time at the park even though it sometimes felt like I was rolling my eyes about every hour regarding some of the managment decisions.

Former spoon and character host here. I hired back in this year into attractions. Glad I did, but oddly enough it was like, 6th on my list of desired jobs (Travel Co., Security, Surveys, Show Support, okay, it was 5th on my list because I really didn't want to be in Entertainment costuming, LOL) Having a great time this summer... SO much more fun than Foods, and better hours than character hosting!

Yup I am currently an Attractions Cast Member at MK, and I clicked to
join. It's pretty cool we have our own lil group.
