It's one thing when it comes from the guests, this whole site is dedicated to the fact that they're not all playing with a full deck.

My accusation came from fellow CM's and it still hurts when I remember, even though it's been a little over a year ago now.
None of the full timers in the All Star Music Food Court seemed interested in running our "Magical Moment" (a.k.a Chef of the Day.) So, I established a bit of a system and turned it into a quasi-coveted job among the other CP's, but most of the full timers would refuse to play even when specifically invited. :(
At a specific time each day I'd snag someone (usually another CP) and we'd wander the dining area in search of a younger child who we'd then present with an official Chef's hat, a Magical Moment Certificate, and a brownie shaped like Mickey which the child would then decorate to the applause and cheers of everyone within ear shot. :bouncemic
I made it a point to choose both girls and boys, although we did tend to look for only children (or at least one young one with older siblings who wouldn't feel left out.) On the dining area walk through we'd speculate on the viability of the various children, and I will admit, when it was myself and another CP, we did tend to favor the families who were speaking english. (I would like to point out, however that when I could get a spanish speaking CM to join me we did do Chef of the Day in Spanish, we even did it in Japanese, twice!)
Things went along swimmingly for several months 'till one day I was pulled aside by one of the managers. Apparently a group of the Full Time CM's had complained to the management that I was being racist and on purpose not choosing Hispanic kids for Chef of the Day! And these were the same CM's that refused to either help prepare the brownie and toppings or come along to cheer for whatever child had been chosen!
The managment then decided that, in the interest of appeasing the Complainers, it would be best to allow them to take over my carefuly crafted Magical Moment and run it into the ground 'till they all lost interest again almost a month and a half later.
Even though I ended up being assigned Chef of the Day again 'till the Fall Program ended.... After that, most of the "magic" had been rubbed off the Magical Moment for me. :(
"How much are the mugs? Well the 13 large signs at eye level all say the mugs are $12.99.. so I'm gonna go with that."
