Sounds like an invitation to move her stroller ... :stroller: ... to Adventureland!

When Great America in Santa Clara, CA opened, they experienced a lot of line cutting that led to fights. The solution was for the city council to pass a resolution outlawing cutting.

Imagine the surprise when some nitwit cuts in line and is yanked out by a real cop who writes up a misdemeanor ticket and then ejects you from the park. It happened enough that the word got out and the problem virtually disappeared.

One day while I was visiting MK, we were trying to get on a bus to get to Disney-MGM, a guest brought her child on the bus in a stroller and the driver politely asked her to remove the child from the stroller and fold it up. Of course she had a fit because the child was asleep and this went on for a while. The driver basically said, Ma'am, I understand that your child is asleep, but I will not lose my job because of your sleeping child, this is the rule and I will follow it. I cannot make an exception for you. She started to object but then just yanked her kid out and woke him up in the process. The look on her face was priceless. You could tell she wanted to go off on the driver but knew she couldn't.

On Christmas Day, in MK's Fantasyland, I had a guest that got mad because I couldn't break a $1,000 travelers cheque. As the only Spanish speaking cast-member at Tinkerbell's Treasures that day it was up to me to explain to him that, "I'm sorry sir, but that would require the shutting down of atleast 2 regisers. But we'll be happy to take the $500 dollar travelers cheque so that you can 1), have cash and 2) take your purchase."

Why on EARTH do people get TC's in such denominations!! It's insane!

On that same day, I had a guest get mad because there were two people in front of her in line and the two CM's on registers had to help them first. She actually said to me "Excuse me miss, I don't know if you know this but I have 12 people waiting for me." Well hell! Let me tell these people to F-off so that I can help you! Of course I didn't say that. But I really, really wanted to.... I mean really!

I told one lady and her daughter this and she proceeded to become irate. Finally she gave in parked her stroller and as she walked by me she said to her daughter, "come on lets hurry up and get past the stroller Nazi." thus allowing me to have my first Seinfeld Moment

Did you take a moment and move her stroller over to Pinocch's while that lovely woman was in line? I know I would have! :)
