Re: Save DRC
Hey, I have a question. I don't remember who said it and I'm too lazy to go back and look, but someone said that there's no extension and the call is answered at random. My question is, can the guest calling ask for a particular operator?? Like, they dealt with them before and want to deal with tha...

My opinion of unions? They exist to protect lazy workers. That's really your stance? We should be walked all over and threatened with factors that are out of our hands? If we aren't the lucky sucker that gets the 10k grand gathering booking, then we're lazy? I resent that. tremendously. we're faced...

Our quota system is entirely out of whack. While it is certainly my job to sell, it's also my job to tell people what time the three-o'clock parade is, fix other agent's mistakes, modify dates, resorts, packages, dining parties, dining times, dining dates, kid's ages, spelling errors, change air, ad...

All you DRC folks contemplating the big vote.... what are your thoughts? Is everyone else feeling bullied daily? It's got me so nervous. The other day I was at the doctor's office, the receptionist asked me what I do. I told her I work for Disney. She asked what I do there. I answered, "Get Thr...

Re: Snappy Answers or aka Screwing with Guests
As to the classic, "what time is the three o'clock parade?" ..... (First of all, why do they call it that and still ask? I mean ...wow.) The classic DRC answer was provided to me over a year ago by a close friend across the cubicle. It sadly, only works in mega peak, spring break and xmas ...

Oy, I have so much respect for all our DRC folks. Casting once came to me with an offer to work in DCL Reservations....but I knew that I just didn't have it in me to work there - I just don't think I'd have the patience that a good reservation agent needs! :) *blush* ain't you a sweetie :) Of cours...

This is THE BEST part very often for me. Nothing "mean" when following DLR policy. Ain't it a thrill? 8) I think this is the worst part for me. The miserable 90 day away, 7:06am Cinderella heartbreak stories. (For those who don't know, it's easier to win Stones tickets on the radio than t...
