Stupid Guest Tricks

God, that happened to me all the time. People would look at me like I asked them to walk to Alaska and back. It's an extra 10 feet!! Why are people so freakin lazy?

I'm not a stick, but I'm not really large either, and I love junk food. I almost ALWAYS get diet cokes or whatever. I'm not dilousional (sorry, can't spell), but I really just prefer the taste of diet. Regular colas are a bit too sweet for me.

But those people who are obese and get a jumbo ...

I remember when I was working small world, within about 10 minutes different guests dropped a hat, one shoe, and a cell phone in the flume when they were getting in boats. I got stuck trying to grab the shoe before it floated out of reach down the flume. Fun stuff. (I did get it).

The wait time sign at iasw was one of those ones you have to rotate the numbers around, and it only went in one direction. every time I would change it to a lower time, I would have to go past 60 first. For some reason, people would always gather to watch me change the sign. I loved to pause at 50 ...

I really loved loading the small world boats.

Me: How many?

Guest: 3

Me: Okay, row 6 please. (last row in the boat)

Me (to next guests in line): It'll be just a second til the next boat. How many?

Guest: But we're with them!

Me: Oh! They told me they were 3.

Guest: But we're with them!

My least favorite thing to do when I was a CM was closing Dumbo. One person would pull a trash can in the entrance, while others would stand around the outside of the queue so people wouldn't duck under the chains, and another would follow the line, so no one could get in line behind him/her ...
