Having spent over half of my working life in some sort of customer service position, I am well aware that no matter how stupid and wrong they are, the customer (guest) is always right. I used to have the luxury of being a little (alot) freer(sp?) with my mouth, but not at Disney. You will not please...

I haven't seen much yet, but I do have a couple of instances. I work at the Tomorrowland Arcade, and had the 3 y.o. wandering around the arcade. While the arcade is not large, it does have a few games that a child could easily fall off of. I never saw a parent look for the child, but I did have a CM...
