Re: Parking Lot Woes
CONTINUED I'm Just Dropping Off - Guy This one has been a hot topic lately. The way our system works is that after we fill our lots (or however manager wants us to) we go back to Re-Park, where we go to the first lot that we started and fill in the holes. Then move the next lot, and so forth, until...

Parking Lot Woes
Hello everyone. After a while of not posting, I thought I'd come back. I had my job at Tower of Terror (hence the username, which I honestly hate now) and then went to go work for the big company down the road with the wizard that is destroying Disney. Anywho, things didn't work out there, so I came...

Attraction Height Requirement Video
So I'm sure you all have seen these videos. They're quite amusing. Anywho, here is one I made about height requirements, and I'm sure everyone can relate to this. This implies to ANY theme park greeter, anywhere.

Re: Tower of terror fake photo
Yeah I've seen that too. It is pretty real looking. On top of all the safety systems monitoring the seatbelt locks, the ride has a camera looking at you the entire time you're dropping that is actively being watched at all times by cast members. Even if they were to get out of the seatbelt, the cast...

Re: Shoplifting at Disney World
I know my high school cheer leaders were arrested for shop lifting and they were banned from Disney parks for 10 years and banned from Nationals for another 10 years. Good. They deserve it. Of course, they're girls, so I bet they think they didn't do anything wrong. Or tried to blame someone ...

Stupid Guest Loses LANYARD
So at my ride, a guest came off and said he (the dad) lost his lanyard with room keys and the ticket in it. It was in the ride track so I said we can't go get it until park close, if you're still in the park by then come back. So he was mad that it had all the stuff in it, and I told him Guest Servi...

Abusing Privileges To Get What You Want
I was at Greeter at my attraction today and a lady reaking of perfume and makeup comes up with 2 kids holding a Premier Annual Pass. For those who don't know, its a Universal Annual Pass with a bunch of perks. One perk is Express Access after 4PM. She shows me to them and I tell her it is not good u...

Wrong Map Idiot
I was at my attraction at Universal.
SG: "Excuse me, I'm not seeing any of these rides on the map."
Me: "Well let me look at it."
It was a Magic Kingdom map.

Re: Can you give me an opinion?
Well, being in Guest Relations, you would be the last location in the SG's plan. When the Cast Members and Managers out in the park can't solve a problem, they direct them to Guest Relations. Also, remember that when people visit WDW, they have INCREDIBLY high expectations.

How Does This Ride Work?
Asked the guest sitting in the front row of a major roller coaster in the Orlando area. Me: "It runs off gravity" SG: "No it doesn't. It has to be gas powered." Me: In utter shock "Um, no maam, it does run off gravity. The train gets hooked to a chain, which pulls it up the ...
