Re: Question: Ears embroidery
i don't know if they have it at other locations, but at the star trader in tomorrowland, one of the cast members had barettes, they were even gold to match the gold ears. Yeah, we gave out bobby pins to guests to keep them clipped to their hair. We had black ones for the black ears, and shiny ones ...

Re: Question: Ears embroidery
When I worked at Chapeau on Main Street, they wouldn't even let the sewers write "Mom" on the hats.
And they charge for embroidery now too, it's like $2 or something. Just so you know.

Re: "Is Her Birdday.," ... Character Woes of the Day
Oh dear... I was talking to a friend of mine who works Entertainment at DLR who was working with the princesses. One little girl got so overly excited to see the princesses, and poor Princess Aurora ended up having to leave the area rather quickly due to the little girl having an "accident"...

Re: Seeking Advice
I don't know how he did this, but my fiance somehow managed to get him and I to be the special guests of the night at Pleasure Island and we got to set off the fireworks at midnight on the BET soundstage. That was an incredible experience, so maybe that would work? Character dining is always fun, if...

Re: Funny Nametags
Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I found this one hilarious. The problem I've always had is, even though my name is only three letters most people can't pronounce it. Or if they hear it, they can't spell it. They couldn't even get it right on my social security card. Evidently the person who r...

Re: Space Mountain Stupidity
One of my (many) pet peeves is when parents let their kids swing on the queue line ropes. In Exposition Hall one night, a kid was swinging on the ropes and not less than four different CMs asked him to stop. He kept swinging though, and then eventually the rope broke and the silly kid landed right o...

Re: Here's Your Sign: The Disney Saga
Decided I would revive and add to the HYS thread. I worked on Main Street this past summer for the international college program and got my fair share of stupid guests. While at East Train Cart -- Guest: Can you sew my son's name on his Mickey ears here? Me: No, ma'am, I don't have a sewing machine ...
