How a Roller Coaster Can Help You Pass a Kidney Stone
... the data showed that sitting in the back of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad resulted in a stone passage rate of nearly 64 percent. Front seat rides produced a passage rate of nearly 17 percent.

Yeah, but what are the odds you'll have an acute kidney stone event while near enough to one of the Disney Parks? I can just imagine shambling through the park, hunched over, sweating and groaning and trying to get on the ride.

Shamble into the park, rent a wheelchair while hunched over, sweating and groaning, struggle to get to Big Thunder, take the ride, leap out of the car, kick over the wheelchair while screaming, "I'm cured! It's a Disney miracle!!"
It could happen.

Re: The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Is A Medical Device
Many years ago, I think it was in the old Science Digest, a device similar to NASA's "vomit comet" was being used to move a bullet in the brain of a man who'd been shot into an area of his head that made it way easier to retrieve. The centrifugal force was successful in moving the bullet outward from its resting place deep in the victim's brain, making surgical removal much easier.

It could happen.
I once ushered a group of teens onto the WDW RR, one girl among them was in a wheelchair. When they returned, it was a guy in the chair.
"It's a miracle!" I shouted. "One ride on the Railroad and you can walk again! Now we just have to put your friend back aboard and he can be cured too!"
"Oh," and "Damn," and "Busted!" they replied.
"I'll just keep this wheelchair here in case somebody actually needs it, okay?"
Yes, that was a good day on the railroad.
