I looked and could not find another topic so fitting for my story so I just started my own....
So the other day I was at the teacups and I was loading a special assistence guest, and as I'm doing so, this lady's (about 3 year old) child is running around and not exiting... I didn't say anything because I assumed that they would exit by the time my group has loaded. Yeah not so much, the child just whips it out and full on pees(not just a little either, I'm talking like lake Erie) I calmly just walk over the console and call custodial (before the kid has even finished). Now I'm thinking oh what to do now, this child just urinated on the large turntable I can't send any guests over there and if I run the attraction it will spread( I'm now imagining spinart). So I thought hey maybe custodial will be quick and I can just wait a little. So I calmly tell the people in the holding area that it will be a few minutes and I made sure that they all knew precisely why. I wasn't gonna lie I was mad at the lady and everyone was gonna know that it wasn't my fault, so I then go to my already loaded special assistence group and tell them whats up. And as I point to the lady who's child peed I realized that they haven't exited yet and she is changing her child on the exit ramp. But not only this the kid has no pants on and his mother is letting him run around on the ramp(mind you this is parade time and people are lined up for rope 6{between alice and teacups} and are getting a nice show). I'm just thinking who is this lady and where is CPS when you need them. So anyways I go back to my console and make an announcement over the PA that it will be a few minutes untill I resume normal boarding procedures. So I waited a little longer and once I decided custodial wasn't coming any time soon I spot loaded the ride telling people not to go to the purple turntable and then I loaded the purple turntable leaving three empty cups(hoping that when the ride stopped none of the loaded cups would land by the code u. So as I'm going to do my saftey walk, my special assistence guests tell me that the lady and her child went back in a teacup. I wasn't having it anymore I walked over to the lady and still calmly tell her that she needs to get out of the teacup. She proceeds to argue with me that this is Disneyland and they should be able to ride twice.... blah, blah, blah.... I tell her that because she did not take her child to a restroom and let him urinate anywhere I have already stalled this cylce and there was no way she was going to ride again. She then tries to guilt trip me by telling her child you know you wanted to open the door anyways now the mean lady says we have to get off... and tells me he's not going to like it, I simply said thats too bad your not riding again. So I walked back to my console and unlocked the gates, then walk back to the teacup(pink with hearts by the way) and stand there saying nothing just waiting for the lady to get her child out of the cup. As she finally gets him out she has the nerve to say whos going to ride in it anyways? I finally snapped and said oh don't worry I have another group(quickly flagged down my other Special Assistence group and filled the teacup). She finally left and I apologized to everyone for the delay (still making sure everyone knew exactly what was happening and whos fault it was). When the teacups stopped custodial was there and even she wondered how it happpened because it was a lot of pee on the turntable. It was clean, there actually were a few sighs of gratitude from the queue, and buisiness went on as usual.
