Somehow this reminds me of the ill-fated "Science Fiction Land" fiasco in Denver in the late 70's. We shall see.
Yet again, the promise of a 5,000-acre theme park in Fort Worth. It’s news to Fort Worth too.

It's either a land play where they own a bunch and will sell it to the suckers who think they can build strip malls or the guy is a grifter. Then there's the possibility he's the same guy who tried to tap the State of Kentucky for a bunch of tax breaks to build an Ark. They're now suing for discrimination because the State wouldn't cough up the bucks.
Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.
