Robin Williams will not be....
Re: Robin Williams will not be....
This one is, honestly, more painful than most. Robin was a funny, talented, generous man. He was also incredibly open about his addictions. What he rarely discussed was the other demon he suffered from, his depression. As someone who likely suffers from depression, it's amazingly painful. I pray that if anything positive comes from his death, that it's a greater awareness that mental illness, be it depression, addiction, or any other form, is no longer dismissed by those not suffering from it as being 'all in our heads.'

We were heartbroken as a family to hear this news. We watch many of his movies regularly. He changed comedy for the better and this will leave a tremendous hole in the world.

It does indeed leave a big hole. It is now up to us, who honor his memory, to work hard to fill that hole.YANXWIN wrote:We were heartbroken as a family to hear this news. We watch many of his movies regularly. He changed comedy for the better and this will leave a tremendous hole in the world.
