And an update. The union (SEIU 50) is doing absolutely nothing. According to Purpie after she talked to them, they said that, because a Guest Complaint was involved, there was nothing they could do. Personally, I think that this is a load of bull. For those not aware, Park Foods in Anaheim recently came out of a nasty union decerticification fight, with SEIU displacing Workers United. All of these three last infractions that the company used for her termination came DURING/AFTER SEIU's takeover, and all Union entities involved, even prior to the decertification vote were SEIU.
