Created completely on Blender. What is Blender, you ask? Very similar in what you can do with it to 3D Studio Max, but free. The training is often free. Little Wallaby makes all sorts of interesting stuff for Second Life with it.

I'll answer it! Second Life is social-based virtual environment. One might call it an MMO, but there are no "goals", just folks creating avatars, items, and so forth and interacting with each other. I visit regularly, and am actually part of a comedic duo that "plays" backup for some of the on-line singers and DJs.
