Yeah, I know allll about how nasty things can be when it comes to money and family, and I don't even come from a wealthy family. I ran an idea past my youngest sister, about how since I've sent Christmas gifts to my adult nieces and nephews the last few years--but never got a thanks or acknowledgment, something mom complained of--and this year, I'm going the Samaritan's Purse route. Go to www.samaritanspurse.com, and don't forget to watch the video of Uncle Si from Duck Dynasty try to make a shoebox gift for Operation Christmas Child; it's a hoot!

I'm thinking of getting my younger sister, who got me into this mess, a $35 gift to help disadvantaged women. Call it poetic justice....

We decided a long time ago in our family that we love to give Christmas to kids and as adults, we usually just bit the stuff we want on our own, so the thought of gift giving should have a purpose. We chose to start a Christmas tradition where we take the money we would spend on the adults and use it for a sub for Santa program or angel tree or a shelter somewhere. They need it more than us and we would probably do a lot more good as we participate in these programs. It has been really fulfilling to give to people who have a love of life, but no real way to live it.

I went through Major Nastiness when my Father became ill and passed away last year , my Father's Brother accessed my Father's Bank Account improperly and wrote himself about 20 grand in checks....and he and others did even worse, concealing my Father's illness from me for a month(Dad was kind of a hermit), then only calling me when he thought my Dad was hours away from dying. Dad rallied long enough to for me to figure out Uncle Scar was up to no good, but I was trying to be nice when I should have been calling the Cops.
Haven't heard from Uncle Scar since before the Funeral, if he is wise he and the others will stay away from me...is there a smilie that shows someone being arrested?

We have a variety of smilies that might be appropriate. How about this :handcuffs:

Or a bit later in the process: :mugshot:

Or this final outcome: :electricchair:

Or an even worse fate: :SmallWorld:

Just click on the "View more smilies" under the standards to the right, pull down the list in the upper right corner and select "Violence", and over 100 options will offer themselves.

All of these and Hobie's Godzilla Stomp would be terrific! Maybe a Tyrion slapping Joffrey would also be appropriate!

I have absolutely no idea what that means.
