Today is the day. After a DoG race that brought the Cup back to America, a multiyear long preliminary series of races, a challenger series that tried to rise to boredom, and finally, a kick ass series of races for the Cup, we're down to one race.

It's either gonna be a nail biter gun to gun or a walk over. Either way I'll be glued to NBC Sports in about an hour.

You should all watch. If it's confusing submit your questions after the race and I'll answer as best I can.

USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! Oracle Team USA crushed the Kiwis. It was looking dicey just after the start when Oracle did their impression of a submarine while rounding the first mark. They played catchup to the leeward mark and pulled away on their way back to the windward mark.

A really, really good race to close it out.

Jump to 12:30 for the start.

Thanks hobie! The race was tense and exciting. Seeing The City and The Gate reminds me why I left Mt. Tam and Love my SoCal home.

What's the difference between God and Larry Ellison?
God doesn't think he's Larry Ellison
Speaking of Larry, the word going around is that he'll move the next AC t Lanai. It's probably just leverage to squeeze more out of San Fran but one can dream.

We will probably see AC training in the neighborhood once the run up to the 35th starts.
