One of my favorite parades

Every time I saw this, von drake would be dancing around on his float. even when the parade started or was heading back into the back stage. he would be always dancing and waving to people. wierd thing was, you could always see his "tethers" conected to him.
I guess that was for his safety so he wouldnt fall off.
