If you decide Maui is for you I can certainly make some suggestions to make it a memorable celebration. You'll go home tanned and possibly ten pounds heavier.

Out of curiosity, does that create changes in shifts, working conditions, etc. for CMs? Or is it just a warning that you're supposed to watch for SGs with heatstroke and such?

As far as I know, they allow us to be slightly less Disney-look (i.e. unbuttoning the top buttons of our costumes) and let us carry water bottles around while on duty when the heat index is up.
