I love Paperman, but I was kind of disappointed it was just 3D in a 2D style rather than digital 2D (a la Princess and the Frog).

Kind of a cross between Roger and Linguini from Ratatouille.

I agree, but I still really liked this. It's still better than the purely CGI look IMHO.
