How you can always tell a non disney person?
ask them to point out each princess and name them.
some beginner goofs are,
confusing cindy with aurora. or calling a charactor by their story. i.e. Aurora as Sleeping Beauty.
calling Alice, Alice in wonderland. err, and dont do it in front of the hatter, or he Will correct you.
Alice will tell guests, her name is Alice and she is From Wonderland. err, or in the new story, Underland.

Cool - it took me about a year before I saw Tangled, but it's become one of my favorites. Just rewatched it a few days ago! I'm happily surprised at how closely they got her to look to her animated version.
But just where was Giselle???

I have to say, I liked Tangled better than I liked Brave. Glad to see Rapunzel getting her royal due. :D:

a good makeup artist only needs the person to have about the same build and face structure to work with.
rest is disney magic.

My guess is she wasn't animated enough.

Don't you mean Nancy? After all, she was the one who married Prince Edward. Giselle married Robert. :D:

Good point, that. But I'm also struggling with the fact that Rapunzel has long, blond hair again.

I have to say, that caught my attention, too. I think it would have been cool to have her with short, dark hair, but probably no one would have recognised her. Rapunzel is known for her long hair.

Yep. It's the same with Beast still appearing in the parks in his beastly form -- they appear that way through 99% of the movie, so that's how everyone remembers them. Pity, though. Like Eugene, I have a thing for brunettes. :D:
It'll make for interesting interactions with Rapunzel, don't you think? Beast doesn't speak, so he doesn't have to answer any awkward questions, but 'close friends' of Rapunzel will have to field questions about her hair all the time!

*stage whisper* "It's a wig. My subjects all expected me to have hair like I did when I was a kid. I didn't want to disappoint them. Don't tell anyone."
