For those of you who are coaster fans and have heard about the 2013 "Alt. Winged" project at Cedar Point, well last night around 11:50pm the images that will fill the website today at 3:30pm where leaked.
GateKeeper is official and some fans where quick enough to snag the images! I posted them on my blog, but reposting them here for others to enjoy!

That link is what was released for the press conference showing how the ride is going to look better then the leaked "Teaser" photos.
Frankly, I think this is going to be excellent and they've been due to build something new.

So am I the only one that upon seeing the name of this new coaster immediatily thought "Are you the Key Master?"

Nope! Before I showed my husband the pictures, he asked me the same exact thing!
...though the "logo" could use some tweaking and it could fit as a gozer!

One of the attractions I used to work at had a position in the rotation called "Gatekeeper". This position also had a phone. It is entirely possible that one some occasions, I may have disregarded proper protocol by answering the phone "This is the gatekeeper, are you the keymaster?"

Looks cool, but I do miss Space Spiral. And Disaster Transport. And Wildcat. Seems like this is the year of removing rides that people liked but didn't love. :(

I'm with you on missing Disaster Transport. Space Spiral I was natural about but it was an icon that could be easily seen, not like the coasters can't!
Still made me sad to see this pop up on youtube though.
