Main Street Park Ops

Post by NemoRanger » Thu May 03, 2012 12:58 pm

So I got the call this morning I am being transferred to MK Main Street Park Ops.

I will be very sad to leave my Entertainment family and sucks to go back to CDS but I am happy to finally get FT anywhere and try something new.

Funny thing is I am not exactly sure I will be doing. Other then wearing a conductor suit doing PAC and park greeter. I am guessing I will see no shortage of SGT though. So that makes me happy.

You might end up on steam trains, they're definitely short on FT folks. And they are MSO.

Congrats on the status change. MSO is a lot of fun.

That is good to know. I FREAKING love Trains. I have loved them since I was a little kid.

When I visit the parks I often spend a lot of time just riding the train around and talking with guest.

Maybe you will spot me during one of our frequent visits. When it's hot, I like to wear my SGT polo. We like to play Sorcerers fo the Magic Kingdom when we are there.

I would love to work on the Walt Disney World Railroad; however, they dont pay into railroad retirement. That is why I work on a freight railroad.

Yep, Trains, Theater, PAC, PAC, more PAC and park greeter will be your life. It's my favorite department I've interacted with. Say hi to your trainer(s) (Shane, Matt and/or Rick) for me.

What about the horse drawn carriages and the Main Street Vehicles.

I didn't realize trains were MSO, but that explains the overalls helping us on PAC one night.
