Inventor of the Marshall amplifier and the Marshall stack that was responsible for deafness in millions of rock 'n' rollers. Dead at 88.
"These go to eleven."
R.I.P. Jim Marshall. You were responsible for some of the greatest audio moments in music's history and 50% of all our hearing loss.

A great man who's legacy is well deserved. Few amplifiers can be compared to the JTM45/100 that set the stage for Rock and Roll.
Rest in peace Jim
