Monorail Peach

I searched the forums and I haven't found anything on this yet as far as an actual color confirmation goes. It there was already something, I apologize for not looking hard enough.

Anyway, Monorail Peach has been completed, tested, and is currently being painted. As of now it has no white "deltas" and I will call it out now...it WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS because the color is almost identical to Gold when you look at it quickly or from a distance.

One thing different about Peach is that it has black window vents instead of grey window vents. I personally like that change, but last time I saw a picture the first and last cars window vents were not changed to black for whatever reason. I sure hope they do take care of it before it's sent into service. It will look horrible if they don't IMO. One of my biggest pet peeves is inconsistency.

That's all I know at this time...

Cause problems for who (or possibly whom)? The CM's or the Guests?

Speaking as a guest it won't have any problem causing vibes. I have never, ever looked at the color of the Monorail. If it was a Monorail train and it was going in the direction I was...it was all I needed to know. That's the beauty of Monorails...they are mono (or one) it is hard to go anyplace that the rails don't. So bring on Peach (almost Gold, in certain light)!

No doubting your word, but trying to imagine how Peach and Gold can be confused.

It's hard to put it in terms for the layman (no offense) but I can tell you as a former pilot, and other pilots past or current will also say that it's imperative to identify train colors. It's used to spot where the other trains are on the beam around you.

It's not really peach...it's closer to an apricot. Just like how Teal isn't a true teal.

No offense taken, in fact it was exactly the answer I was looking for, as in CM's or Guests. Thanks for clarifying.

How about a Monorail Banana?
I think it would really have appeal.

Peach.

Seriously?

Yikes.

Scares me more thinking though about it not being a new train...whatever the color, that just makes me nervous.
