What punishment works best?

When visiting this board, I'm always amazed how low humans can sink in their neverending quest for "special" treatment. That being said, how would you punish a SG if you were given the power for one day?

I know what to do: pick a Disney employee, call the paramedics and make him/her give the SG the uniform and work the park during a very busy time of the year such as Spring Break. Why call the paramedics? Because the SG will surely have a heart attack when put in the employee's shoes for a day! And I'll set a condition: if you survive the day without screaming "I quit!," you won't be banned from the park. If you do throw a tantrum, you pay EVERY employee $1 prior to your two-year ban from ALL Disney parks. That would be interesting and I'd bring two camcorders and a buddy to film every second of it! :D:

Anyone else have an idea? I'd love to hear them.

Put 'em in Guest Services and have the CMs stop by to voice every complaint they've gotten in the same voice and tone used on them. My bet is the SG would melt in less than an hour.

If you made the SGs walk in CM shoes for a day or even an hour, I am sure they would blow up, melt down or otherwise lose it, but I doubt they would actually learn anything. After all, in their minds it would be "...but *I* had a legitimate complaint!"

So forget trying to teach them anything, and focus on what would be fun and amusing for CMs to watch.

I don't think punishment would work.

So let's go with an "Early Warning System" idea.
I'm going with Bill Engvall's idea that they should have to wear signs. However we'll give them a "Free T-shirt!" which naturally they will think makes them special. This will make the SG happy, they got something for free.
However the condition is they have to wear the T-shirt all day which in the parks (Basiclly, if they don't put it on then they can't have it). Naturally every single employee will know what THIS T-shirt stands for, the natural sign of "I COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING". That way the employee knows what's coming and can adjust themselves correctly into "smile and nod" mode.

Other then out-right murder or sterilization, this is the best I've got.

Cat of nine tails and salt or lemon juice for the wounds. The t-shirt idea is pretty good too and a bit more realistic. ;)

Every WDW SG gets a free pass to Gatorland which they MUST use. :D:

Gatorland would be good if they are forced to use the new zip line, except they get to traverse only using their hands.

That's the new variable length between the same two points zipline, right?

1) Dunk tank with broken glass.
2) New twist of dodge ball- do balls but with water balloons. :D:
