Umm, the caption under the picture says she is a Government employee.

I agree, unless she's a hooker, sex is not part of her job. She was off the clock when it happened, so it's not covered.

Funny thing is, if she was just sleeping in the bed when it happened, she would probably have a case.

Reminds me of an item I saw somewhere once--hubby and wife were about to have relations, and hubby was dressed in a Batman costume. He was jumping up and down on the bed, ready for action, when his cape caught on the ceiling fan above the bed, and it was on. I don't think he was hurt--except for his pride--but it was probably the funniest/most unusual case the First Responders had in quite a while. ( He needed help getting down, and rather reluctantly had his wife call 911.)
