To be honest, if the robber had been female, and the intended target of the robbery male, I very much doubt folks would find the situation as amusing. I'm not saying I don't appreciate the irony of the situation, just that I also recognize the sort of sexual double-standard involved in this case.

So she feeds him, buys him jeans, gives him money and has sex with him and he goes to the police? sounds like every teenage boys dream. Guess she should have been a little more gentle when she kicked his ass.

That is part of what I was getting at by posting this, and part of what I found humorous. At the same time, females attacking males is a much less prevalent problem, and I agree with the Texans that if something bad happens to you when you break into someone's home or business, you had it coming.
