Rich Hall. Song about Disney

I don't know if any of you remember a show on HBO in the 80's called "Not Necessarily The News" but Rich Hall used to be on it. He was also briefly on "Saturday Night Live"

And, He's who Matt Groening modeled "Moe the Bartender" after.

He's become quite popular in the UK and Australia and here's a clip from one of his shows regarding Disney.

It's about Disney's "No facial hair" policy. He makes a young man who works at Disneyland Paris, come up on stage and participate.
