Where did they find so many clutzy, Asians? Must have worked pretty hard.
Other than the "animal" in shiny black latex which had Mickey's widow's peak, I am not seeing any tie-in.

I mean, Walt was the first to do theme parks, most all other copied him. or are trying to. i.e. there was no dancing and singing parade animals before Walt did it. of course no one can do it exactly. but Walt let the genie out of the bag.

Actually, if you look at the Snow White premiere and opening of Disneyland, the costumes actually belonged to an ice follies, they were borrowed for the event. That's why Mickey and Minnie looked so funky.
