People think the Hamster Dance is a all new song. People are so dumb,
It's Roger Miller's Whistle Stop sped up 160 times and run thru a synth.
You can hear a good version of Whistle Stop in the Disney movie Robin Hood.

I remember when hamsterdance.com was one of the first websites to go viral (back when "viral" just applied to medicine). The song is in Disney's Robin Hood -- it blew me away several years ago when I watched Robin Hood with my kids and recognized the (slower) song.

I always figured that had something to do with Disney's taking ownership of the song and putting out a full-length "Hamster Dance" mix version.
