Don't be embarrassed -- it's a bit over the top with the tearjerking stories, but I enjoy it. And I'm curious about that part of the trips, too.

well why the hell do they have to go to florida, why can't they come see me, oh wait, because my park is in poor shape, and can be done in one day. we need a fresh coat of paint and about 10 new attractions.

I was working Gadget's and had a family come on. I think it was like for the first episode or something.

oh, well never mind then. i'd rather go to florida tho, i'm thinking that febuary would be nice, especially since it's off season, i should be able to get the time off, and get a good deal, if anyone wants to play tourguide for a group of fellow CMs, that'd be so cool, of course payment would be my company, and that of anyone whom i bring along, and i'd definatly bring some good times with me, and probly some excellent sgt's to write about. I randomly started screaming while on jungle cruise today, and then tried to make the disney story lead crack up while she was spealing about walt's office, but she's tough as nails, and i couldn't get her to crack.

Good choice! February is one of the best times of year to visit WDW. Just stay away from President's Weekend. Anytime after the first weekend in January, in fact.
... if anyone wants to play tourguide for a group of fellow CMs, that'd be so cool, of course payment would be my company...
I'd be happy to volunteer, even at that price!
While I'm also good to just hang, I've got a nice tour of the Magic Kingdom I offer called "Stories" which looks at stuff like open sewers, stacks of dirty dishes, dead attractions -- all on plain view to the guests! Same price, too.
... and i'd definatly bring some good times with me, and probly some excellent sgt's....
Just so long as you don't
create any new SGTs....

i think i've failed at editing quotes, however, that would be the point, to
create some new sgt, like, looking for body tours, which i've heard went away. or making a code u on the monrail power conduits :!:. the best part for me tho, would be a backstage tour, i'd even bring dress to look like i might belong even tho i'd be wearing Anaheim ID units, easy to explain, it was umm ... too noisy onstage, so i umm, came back here to take a um nap?
Edited by Polar33 to fix error in BBCode.

I don't even think that they would notice your Disneyland IDs. I remember one time I forgot my ID and I just showed them my check card and they didn't even look at it. I never wear my ID on a laynard and nobody seems to notice. Let's face it nothing has changed here in Florida.

Don't be embarassed. Me and my family watch it every Sunday. And to answer your question.. yes I have even talked with them. It was just one family I made contact with but I've seen a total of four familys. The one I talked to (I found out later by watching the show) was a poor family. The father lost his job after 9/11 and they were homeless. The only way they knew how to keep their children warm during winter was to take them on the city buses. :(
But N-E-Ways...
I was talking with the mother and the kids asking them usual disney questions.
Me: Is this your first time here?
Kids: Yes! and we're having sooo much fun!!
Me: Awesome! Where all have you been today?
Kids: *they go into a long list*
Me: Wow!!! So you also have a park hopper?
Mother: Oh yes, it's wonderful here but very warm.
Me: Oh yes , with Florida we only get two kinds of weather. Hot and Hotter.
Mum & Kids: laugh
Me: Ooo, you guys have to go catch Fantasmic sometime at MGM Studios. That's one of my favorite shows ever. I like to tell everyone who hasn't been here before all of my favorites so hopefully they don't miss anything before they leave.
Mother: You all are just so nice here. Thank you.
Kid-girl: Yes, yes! And thank you for pin trading with me I really like Ariel!
Me : You guys are so welcome. Need help with anything just ask a cast member and we'll do our best to help you.
I had know idea at the time that this family was a EM:Home Edition Family, untill one Sunday I saw them with Ty on my t.v.
The few people I told didn't believe me when I went to work the next day.
But I didn't care, because those two complaments from that family ment the world to me.
