32° Fahrenheit (0° C)
· American water freezes
· Canadian water gets thicker.

0° Fahrenheit (-17.9° C)
· New York City landlords finally turn on the heat.
· Canadians have the last cookout of the season.

-60° Fahrenheit (-51° C)
· Santa Claus abandons the North Pole.
· Canadian Girl Guides sell cookies door-to-door.

-109.9° Fahrenheit (-78.5° C)
· Carbon dioxide freezes makes dry ice.
· Canadians pull down their earflaps.

-173° Fahrenheit (-114° C)
· Ethyl alcohol freezes.
· Canadians get frustrated when they can't thaw the keg

-459.67° Fahrenheit (-273.15° C)
· Absolute zero; all atomic motion stops.

having visited our neighbours to the north many times, and several camping trips, I can attest that is a VERY accurate chart!!

but the first tempature is more closer to 60 degrees!!

Based on anecdotal evidence when the temp hits -600° Fahrenheit the Canadians head to Maui.

I've always heard that at -500, hell freezes over, and the Lions win the super bowl ... Detroit is north of Canada, they count, right?

Hard to figure out how Detroit could be north of Canada...but who am I to argue. :confused: :)

Detroit IS north of Windsor, Ontario. However, Windsor is the armpit of Ontario, so being near them is nothing to brag about !

WooHoo,the Lions finally win the SuperBowl,and it will still be 82 on Christmas in the Old Pueblo.
(btw,it's supposed to be 80 here on Monday)
